S.P. Richards, a B2B wholesaler of everything office with a long history, came to us with a semi-established visual brand, but it was only displayed in their marketing and their website was not positioned to tell their great story and value. We took care to clearly define their identity, tell their story and how best to display their unique set  of services and values within the highly competitive industry. I still keep in touch with their marketing director.

Through a branding workshop with K&B, involving a range or exercises, we helped them discover an identity that we could expand upon to for their brand, website and ad campaigns.

We found that their clients often came to them in a time of crisis but that language did not shed light on their positive nature. "Love the challenge" spoke to their potential clients with encouragement.
